I have had the great fortune to work with Karen for over a decade on a variety of projects in several different workplaces. Karen is exceptional to with because she is dedicated to ensuring the best possible outcomes for the stakeholders she is there to serve. This comes through in the approach Karen takes by applying a pragmatic, collaborative and flexible way of working. Karen brings a wonderful range of skills and experience to the table from a deep grounding in learning and organisational development, change management and human centred design. This means the projects, solutions and outcomes we have worked on together have been well received, added value and delivered the expected outcomes for key stakeholders. Key stakeholders that work with Karen typically make comments like this “that was awesome, I learnt so much, Karen is awesome - can Karen work with us more or come join the team?” I think one of the other great qualities Karen displays is her ability to build rapport and engage teams, all the while balancing this by challenging status quo and straight talking.
